PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating method of a disk substrate and an adhesive sheet by which manufacturing efficiency can be enhanced and quality is excellent. SOLUTION: The laminating method of the disk substrate and the adhesive sheet includes a tape treatment process for performing punching work in a tape 2 with the adhesive sheet consisting of a tape base body 10, the adhesive sheet 4 stuck to the tape base body and a peeling sheet stuck to the adhesive sheet to form the doughnut-shaped adhesive sheet having a center hole and peeling the peeling sheet 9 from the adhesive sheet, a transferring and placing process for peeling the tape base body 10 from the adhesive sheet by using a peeling roller 17 and transferring and placing only the adhesive sheet onto the upper surface of a receiving tool after the tape treatment process, a disk holding process for holding the disk substrate in an upper position apart from the adhesive sheet placed on the receiving tool G at a fixed distance after the transferring and placing process and a pasting process for pushing the disk substrate onto the adhesive sheet placed on the upper surface of the receiving tool G after the disk holding process.
