PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable head speed control at the time of loading/unloading a head even if a friction load on a lamp block is large. SOLUTION: The disk device is provided with an actuator 7, a voltage detector 11 for outputting a voltage signal Ea generated in a driving coil 5 of the actuator 7, a speed controller 12 for producing a control signal u from the voltage signal Ea and a speed instruction signal Er, and a driving means 10 for receiving the control signal u and driving the actuator 7, and is provided with a speed instruction generator 13 for performing loading/unloading speed control of the head to the disk 1 by outputting a different speed instruction signal Er when the voltage signal Ea or the control signal u exceeds a predetermined value.
