PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit outsourcing of security management, and to surely block data leak by monitoring illegal access within a network. SOLUTION: An internal electronic information leak prevention system is provided with an input/output monitor part which monitors operation of an input/output device connected to each terminal, and transmits restricted operation information if the input/output device attempts to perform previously prescribed restricted operation; a lock part which brings the corresponding terminal into an inoperable locking state upon receiving the restricted operation information from the input/output monitor part, and does not release the locking state until a lock release signal is received; and an external management part which is connected to a local network through an external network, if a terminal is brought into the locking state by the lock part in the local network, notifies that the locking state is assumed and the restricted operation information as a reason therefor to a predetermined point of contact having authority for locking release, and if the locking release is approved, transmits a lock release signal to the lock part.
