PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boltless mounting structure absorbing dispersion of dimension of a coolant radiator core part. SOLUTION: Engagement parts 17e, 18b, 18c engaged with radiator mounting parts 31, 32 at a radiator side 30 by a claw fitting structure and a plurality of claw parts arranged in a tube-fin superposing direction of the coolant radiator core part 11 are formed on brackets 17, 18 made of resin and press-inserted/fitted to a peripheral part of a cap member of header tanks 12, 13.
