PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle increasing the traveling speed thereof on a curved section of a rail without degrading the traveling safety even when the ride quality for passengers is kept as the present one by increasing the angle of pendulum in order to shorten the time to the destination. SOLUTION: The railroad vehicle has a pendulum device to incline a railroad vehicle body, a centroid moving device to move the center of gravity of the railroad vehicle body, and a control device to control the pendulum and the centroid movement of the railroad vehicle body.
