PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device improving air-tightness when closing a door. SOLUTION: The door device is provided with a frame 2 comprising of an upper frame 2a, a lower frame 2b and right and left vertical frames 2c, 2c provided in an opening of a building, and a door panel 3 arranged in an openable/closable manner at the frame 2. The opposed parts of the upper frame 2a and lower frame 2b are provided with guide parts 15, 16 for guiding a door end part 3a of the door panel 3 movably along the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 2a and lower frame 2b, and the door end upper and lower parts of the door panel 3 are provided with guided parts 17, 18 guided by the guide parts 15, 16. A turning shaft 21 having a vertical pair of arm members 19, 20 for opening/closing the door panel 3 so that the hanging side projects onto the outdoor side is provided journaling the approximately intermediate part in the width direction of the upper and lower parts of the door panel 3 near the vertical frame 2c. The frame 2 or the door panel 3 is provided with airtight members 43, 44, and the door end side of the guide parts 15, 16 is provided with a drawing part 45 for drawing the door end part 3a of the door panel 3 to the indoor side to press the airtight members 43, 44 when closing the door.
