PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core driving type anchor allowing fixing of equipment to a base material simultaneously with construction to the base material of a concrete skeleton or the like and allowing easy removing and re-fixing of the equipment after construction. SOLUTION: This anchor 1 has an anchor body 2 of hollow cylinder shape, a screwed head 3 detachably screwed to a rear end part 22 of the anchor body 2, and a core 4 enclosed in a through hole 21 of the anchor body 2. An expansion part 25 of the anchor body 2 is expanded by the core 4 by driving a driving bar 5 into the through hole 21 from a driving bar insertion hole 31 passing through the screwed head 3.
