PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper connecting structure which reduces the abrasion of a sleeper and which enables the repair of the worn-out sleeper. SOLUTION: This sleeper connecting structure 1 is provided with a sleeper mounting member 11 and a connecting member 12. The sleeper mounting member 11 and the connecting member 12 are arranged near an end of the sleeper 10, and the connecting member 12 is installed in the state of being elongated in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sleeper 10, so as to connect the adjacent sleepers 10 together. The sleeper mounting member 11 is provided with a covering part 15 for covering the end of the sleeper 10, and an overhanging part 16 which overhangs in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sleeper 10; and the overhanging part 16 is provided with a through-hole 22 for connection, so as to be fixed to the connecting member 12 by means of the through-hole 22.
