PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard mounting structure selectable between the case of using a baseboard and the case of not using the baseboard without impairing appearance even in the case of not using the baseboard. SOLUTION: In this baseboard mounting structure, support legs 7 for supporting a panel body 1 are mounted to both right and left ends of a lower face of the panel body 1, and the baseboard 8 is mounted to each of the front and rear faces of the support leg 7. The support leg 7 is provided with a receiving piece 10 with a threaded hole 9, and a baseboard receiving member 7 formed with engaging means 15 on both front and rear faces is thread-fastened to the receiving piece 10.
