PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet punching device capable of precluding burring at the cut surface of each card or generation of cutting dust when a plurality of cards are punched off from a sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet S punching device is configured with one form having a die 102 furnished with a plurality of hole parts in the product shape and another form having a plurality of punches 152 to fit removably in the hole parts, wherein the base of the form structured in a single piece with the punches is furnished with at least two strippers 160 movably supported independently in the opening and closing directions of the forms and energized toward the one of the two forms.
