PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance tool designed to protect a surface to be cleaned in a solder tank from being damaged in scraping off dross stuck to the surface therein. SOLUTION: The maintenance tool 41 is provided with: a spatula 43, at the tip end of the long formed tool body 42, obliquely in the side view of and relative to the tool body 42; a downward scraping part 54, in the upper part of this spatula 43, in contact with a face to be cleaned in the solder tank 12 at the time of the descent; and a upward scraping part 55, in the lower end of the spatula, in contact with the face to be cleaned in the solder tank 12 at the time of the ascent.
