PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method which can prevent a lamellar tear efficiently and economically. SOLUTION: Weld beads are formed on portions of a steel structure where lamellar tears result in a serious problem, by using a welding material of which the Ms temperature range, where transformation from austenite to martensite starts, is 300-500°C. Preferably, the portions to be welded are kept at 100°C or higher during repair welding, and the welded portions are subjected to post-weld-heat-treatment at 100°C or higher for 30 minutes or more after welding.
