PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems of abrasion and deterioration of moving part seal, in a coating apparatus coating by mixing two-liquid mixed type liquid gasket. SOLUTION: A main agent is supplied to a mixing chamber 13 from a main agent supply valve 14. A curing agent is supplied from a curing agent supply valve 15 to a coupling chamber 25 via a passage 28, and to a mixing chamber 21 via an axial passage 35 of a rotary shaft 29 and a diametral direction passage 36 of a mixing rotor 13. The main agent and curing agent supplied to the mixing chamber 21 are mixed by rotating the mixing rotor 13, discharged from a nozzle unit 16 and applied to a work. The mixing rotor 13 is driven in a non-contact state via a partition wall 24 using a magnet coupling 19, by an external servo motor 17. As no seal is needed between the moving part of the shaft 29 of the mixing rotor 13 and the outside, the problems of abrasion and deterioration of seal can be resolved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
