PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture and suction apparatus capable of preventing a solution in a cystoma from leaking much, preventing the cystoma from falling out from a suction pipe, and preventing other organs from being accidentally damaged by a puncture needle, and capable of sucking the solution with high viscosity in the cystoma. SOLUTION: The puncture apparatus has the first pipe-like member, an inner needle having a puncture needle at the tip which is freely movable to the first pipe-like member, and the second pipe-like member in the inner cavity of the first pipe-like member. The first and the second pipe-like members have a suction or injection means, and the tip of the first pipe-like member is equipped with a balloon whose rear has a fixing member, and the fixing member is used for controlling the puncture distance of the inner needle, and the rear end part of the first pipe-like member has a handle part for operating the inner needle.
