PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable warming means, not exhausted, but repeatedly used without supply of fuel in a portable warmer for simply warming the fingertip or the sole of a foot. SOLUTION: In a heating unit, gas is sealed therein with a film, which is air-tight, little extensible, flexible and strong, and the heating unit is held in the hand to compress the gas for generating heat.
