PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily an sanitarily open a film bag of retort pouch food such as boil-in-bag curry without soiling blade bodies. SOLUTION: Holding parts are minimally formed within a range for holding and gripping by the holding part in order to hardly dirty the holding parts since the end of a cut part in the film bag of the retort pouch food is held and gripped by the holding parts of scissors. The holding parts are attached to the right or left side surface at the tip end of both the blade bodies in the scissors in order to hardly dirty the blade bodies. That is, the holding parts are attached on the one side surface of each blade body which is the farthest from a spindle. Facing holding part surfaces are attached on the side surface of each blade body at a distance in a direction which is substantially orthogonally crossed with the rubbing direction of the blade bodies.
