摘要 The invention relates to the modifications of an interferometric measuring device for studying the internal structure of an object and producing the image thereof by means of low-coherent optical radiation. Said invention ensures the high efficiency of the use of an optical radiation source power. For this purpose, the inventive device is embodied in such a way that it is possible to introduce optical radiation into the first and second ports of an optical interferometer and to ensure the similarity of optical radiation modes coming from the first and second ports of the optical interferometer to the reference arm thereof. Said device can comprise one and two optical radiation sources. In the embodiment with one optical radiation source, the device comprises a polarisation coupler disposed after the source in a radiation direction. One output of the polarisation coupler is connected to a polarisation-rotating unit. Said optical interferometer can be embodied, for example in the form of a Michelson interferometer provided with triple-ported switches or in the form of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The use of two optical radiation sources enables to carry out a multiplexing devoid of spectral power losses. The concrete types and forms of the embodiment of the device and the components thereof, in particular the optical interferometer, triple-ported switches, polarisation state switches, the polarisation-rotating unit and the other elements thereof characterise the invention by the particular cases of the embodiment.
