FIELD: conveyor transport; belt conveyors. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed tensioning device contains drum fitted by axle ends on sliders arranged between upper and lower guides fixed on frame and secured on front and rear supports with tightening screws connected with sliders installed in holes on front supports. Lower guides are provided with rolls installed on detachable plate and arranged vertically and horizontally in U-shaped members secured along sides of frame, with slots outwards and covered by brackets from end faces. Detachable stop with hole for fitting tensioning screw is secured on each bracket from side of front supports at distance multiple of length of tightening screw. Front support and tightening screw are provided, each with holes to lock drum, coinciding at choosing of slider travel. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of device. ^ 2 dwg |
