<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sea mustard sporophyll processed food comprising novel seaweed processed food obtained by using sea mustard sporophyll as a main raw material, and making an eater have flavor of the sea mustard sporophyll and palate feeling like those of Tokoroten (excluded agar viscous solution) or Okyuuto (magari rice cake): and to provide a method for producing the food enabling intake of vegetable fibers or minerals, having no sticky feeling peculiar to the mustard sporophyll, and made so as to be eaten even by a person who dislikes sticky feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the following process: a process of boiling sea mustard sporophll where raw material sea mustard sporophll is boiled in water to obtain a sea mustard sporophll solution; a process of boiling seaweed where the sea mustard sporophll solution is mixed with agar-agar and/or storax grass and the mixture is boiled; and a cooling process where the seaweed mixture solution is cooled and solidified into a jelly state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
