<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for evaluating cancerization degree of a specimen derived from mammal based on detection of genetic expression abnormality suitable for evaluation for diagnostic method or treating method, etc., for early discovering leukemia. <P>SOLUTION: The liver X receptor β splicing mutant protein which is an isoform of liver X receptor β has either one amino acid sequence selected from (1) a specific amino acid sequence related to the isoform of liver X receptor β, (2) a substantially same amino acid sequence as the specific amino acid sequence and (3) an amino acid sequence having ≥95% amino acid identity to the specific amino acid sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
