<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent and a method for enhancing gene introduction in transfection. <P>SOLUTION: The agent provides an oligopeptide in which transgenic efficiency in transfection is enhanced. It also provides a transfection composition containing the oligopeptide and a transfection reagent. It further provides a transfection method comprising a step for bringing a mixture containing the oligopeptide, a nucleic acid and the transfection reagent into contact with a cell.
