<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily and timely distributing an image present on a route leading to a destination place. <P>SOLUTION: A storage section 36 of a server 12 stores many image files and many pieces of location information transmitted from mobile phones 14 of users each provided with a photographing function and a GPS function. When any mobile phone 14 transmits a route searching request to the server 12, a route searching section 34 of the server 12 calculates an optimum route, an image information extract section 32 extracts the image files located on the route and transmits the location information to the mobile phone 14. When the current location of the mobile phone 14 approaches a location of the image file, the mobile phone 14 requests the server 12 to distribute the image file.
