<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system properly managing information about a user accessing a content from the viewpoint of improvement of business effect. <P>SOLUTION: In this information management system, a first processing unit 10 recognizes an "IP address" on the basis of communication with a log server 220. After a primary list production unit 112 reads the "user information" corresponding to the IP address from a storage unit 102, the primary list production unit 112 produces a "primary list" of the user on the basis of the user information. A second processing unit 120 recognizes "reaction" of the user included in the primary list when communication related to business of a content establisher is performed. A secondary list production unit 122 produces a "secondary list" by narrowing down the users of the primary list according to a "secondary narrow-down condition" on the basis of the reaction of the user.
