<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising system and a program that enable an advertiser to make batch contracts with many media by reducing existing human negotiations and contracts. <P>SOLUTION: The advertising system comprises client servers 12, advertising agency servers 11, an advertising delivery server 10 and media servers 13, that are all networked. The client servers 12 request advertising displays. The advertising agency servers 11 accept advertising requests from the client servers 12. The media servers 13 display advertisings. The advertising delivery server 10 is commissioned by the advertising agency servers 11 to deliver the advertisings to the media servers 13.
