<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laparoscopic surgery system for carrying out a treatment using a treatment instrument introduced through a treatment instrument channel which has a gas feeding device with good usability that allows an efficient use of an operating room, prevents wasteful consumption of carbon dioxide gas in a gas cylinder and can feed carbon dioxide gas to the luminal cavity or to the abdominal cavity without setting the feeding pressure at high pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The laparoscopic surgery system 1 mainly comprises a first endoscopic system 2, a second endoscopic system 3, and a gas feeding system 4. The gas feeding system 4 has a gas cylinder 42, the gas feeding device 41 having mouth pieces 41a and 41b, an abdominal tube 45a connected to the mouth piece 41a and a trocar 16, a luminal tube 45b connected to a mouth piece 41b and a tube connecting section 43a of an adaptor 43 placed on a treatment instrument insertion opening 38, and a foot switch 44 for selecting and controlling whether to feed carbon dioxide gas from the mouth piece 41b or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
