PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for connecting a positioning pin and a joint electric wire that can improve the routing of a non-cured sealing material and can secure stable waterproofness in a joint section by positioning to the center in a forming mold. SOLUTION: In the positioning pin 10 that is tentatively connected to the joint section of the joint electric wire 17 and positions the joint section at the center in a forming mold 22 in which a noncured sealing material 16 is filled, an engagement section 12 fixed in a state while the engagement section 12 is engaged to a recess 26a formed on a bottom wall 26 of the forming mold 22 and is raised is provided at one of the positioning pins 10, and a crimped section 13 tentatively connected to the joint section is provided at the other. The joint section is fixed while being raised at the center in the forming mold 22 in which the noncured sealing material 16 is filled, the noncured sealing material 16 is filled into the forming mold 22, and a waterpoof sealing section is formed at the periphery of the joint section.
