PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which is equipped with an opening and closing lid in which a sound caused from the opening and closing lid when a recording medium is ejected is small. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment equipped with an opening and closing lid is characterized in that an abutting part (2b) having a base part (2b3) which is erected on the inner-side face of the opening and closing lid (2) which opens or closes a take-out port from which a tray (3) or a case (3) in which a recording medium is housed is ejected and an arch part (2b1) which is connected to tip parts of the base part (2b3) and which is extended in a direction along the opening and closing lid (2) is formed on the inner-side face of the lid (2), and the tray (3) or the case (3) housing the recording medium is constituted so as to be abutted on the arch part (2b1) first.
