PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demultiplexer/polarizer that has improved electric characteristic such as cross polarization characteristic. SOLUTION: A ring part 10 is arranged in close contact with the back side of a first probe 14 and a second probe 16 arranged perpendicularly to a waveguide part 13. The ring part 10 holds a conductive ring part 12, and the conductive ring part 12 is coupled to the first probe 14 and the second probe 16 in a high frequency manner. Consequently, the electric characteristic such as cross polarization characteristic of the demultiplexer/polarizer 1 can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
