PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier of high convenience capable of being carried without taking up much space while securing a sufficient water supply time by using a special tank. SOLUTION: A main body 7 of this humidifier has a tank connection port 11 for detachably connecting the tank from an upper part, and has a continuous outer hull face including the tank 1 connected with the tank connection port 11 to have the long water supply time without taking up much space. The water from the tank 1 is supplied through a water supply passage 2 extended from the tank connection port 11 to generate the steam, and the generated steam is released from a steam discharge port 51 at an upper part to the external to humidify the circumference.
