PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane composition equipped with a moderate stickiness and excellent peeling property jointly. SOLUTION: This polyurethane composition is obtained by performing the cross-linking reaction of a polyol having 20-200 mg KOH/g hydroxy group value and a primary hydroxy group at it terminal with an isocyanate having 2.5-4.5 mean number of functional groups.
