PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin powder coating having fundamental mechanical strength, adhesiveness and curability as an epoxy resin powder coating, as well as having excellent heat-resistant adhesiveness and moisture resistance. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin powder coating contains an epoxy resin (A), a curing agent (B) and a filler (C) and is characterized by containing dicyandiamide and adipic acid hydrazide as the curing agent (B). Preferably, the epoxy resin powder coating contains 0.5-12 pts. wt. of dicyandiamide and 1-10 pts. wt. of adipic acid hydrazide based on 100 pts. wt. of the epoxy resin (A).
