PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shock-absorbing member for packaging from being either deformed or damaged even if a weight of a packaged item is heavy and a contact area with the shock-absorbing member for packaging is small when the shock-absorbing member having a high foaming ratio is used. SOLUTION: This shock-absorbing member comprises a main body of shock-absorbing member having a plate-like member installing surface where the bottom surface of the packaging plate-like member for supporting a packaged item is removably mounted under its connection state and formed by foam resin molded parts, and the packaging plate-like member where the supporting surface of the packaged item supporting the packaged item is formed at the top surface.
