The eccentric fitting has cylindrical extension pieces of various lengths (A-D), so that one single fitting is used for variety of basins that are kept on a table or inserted into a central hole. The height of an inclined rinsing outlet is increased by a small amount, if the diameter of the basin is correspondingly increased.
