<p>A toilet basin has a water supply pipe with a first inner effluent water pipe of about 50 mm diameter, surrounded by a second concentric air pipe of about 70 mm diameter. Water is supplied through the inner pipe by prior art. The concentric outer air pipe is exhausted by a ventilator to a suitable ambient outlet. The air outlet pipe is closed during the flush operation. The toilet seat forms a seal with the toilet basin under the pressure of the human backside.</p> |
