FIELD: chemical, food-processing and pharmaceutical industry, in particular, equipment for providing mass exchange processes in solid body-and-liquid system. ^ SUBSTANCE: pulsed extractor has casing, cylinder coaxially arranged within casing and provided with dividers, and perforated plates. Lower plate serves as support for cylinder and upper annular plate is equipped with bars for keeping said plate in position perpendicular to casing axis. Extractor has casing cover with solid phase charging hatch, extractant pouring branch pipe, infusion discharge branch pipe, and device for generation and delivery of compressed gas pulses from generator to cylinder. Cylinder consists of two pipes having different diameters, and has float and turbine on stem protruding beyond cylinder cover. Hatch cover is formed as sectioned shutter. Lower plate perforations are formed as radial slots having bent edges at both sides of plate. Annular plate bars are coupled through rocker arm equipped with jack-type moving mechanism. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of power, increased efficiency of extraction process in solid body-and-liquid system, and improved quality of alcohol-based infusions used in alcoholic beverage industry. ^ 3 dwg |
