<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a face sheet must be manually updated, the same information must be written in various inquiry formats, and similarly a method for updating summary information of electronic medical records has not been standardized yet. <P>SOLUTION: This document management method comprises: a process of expressing a first media object collection article, by using a first sheet having a first identifier representing a media object and a first graphical content; a process of creating a second media object collection article from the first media object collection article; and a process of re-marking the first sheet so as to have a second graphical content representing the second media object collection article, including a second identifier representing the second media object collection article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
