<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple plant cultivation unit on the water or land for raising a plant by always making the whole panel float over the surface of water and supplying water via the bottom using a water supply material instead of soil. <P>SOLUTION: The floating-type plant cultivation unit has the following construction and mechanism: A buoyant material 10 is attached to the panel 5 and made to float on water always apart from the water surface. A vent hole/water hole 11 and a pot receiver 12 for plant seedlings are provided on the panel 5. The water supply material 25 is attached to the pot receiver 12 and put into water to suck up water to enable the plant seedlings 20 on the panel 5 to be raised. Further, a wall 30 is furnished around the panel 5 so as not to be flooded with wave, mitigating water flow underwater, and there are provided connective elements 31 to enable the whole panel to be connected. The panel 5 is made to float in a vessel 40 and water level is stabilized by providing an effluent port 41, thus enabling the plant to be easily cultivated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
