<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional method for carrying catalyst powder by using a binder causes a sample agglutinates in the binder, a reduction of a three-phase interface region made up of electrode/catalyst/gas-liquid interfaces, and a resistive factor affecting a reaction such as diffusion or the like arising from the binder, and that it is difficult to set an electrode which carries out a supporting process, on a sample base when analyzing it. <P>SOLUTION: A substance is supported on the upper surface 101a of an electrode main body 101, and then an externally threaded insulator 102, is screwed with an internally threaded insulator 202, and a first structure member 10 is screwed into a second structure member 20, and the bottom surface 101b of the electrode main body 101 is contacted with the head 204 of an electric signal reading terminal 203 being processed so as to steeple the head 204, whereby an electrode for electrochemical measurements is made up.
