METHOD OF FILLING HYDROGEN IN POWDER TYPE HYDROGEN STORAGE MATERIAL PRECURSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently filling hydrogen in a powder type hydrogen storage material precursor without condensing/overcrowding powder type hydrogen storage material and/or the powder type hydrogen storage material precursor filled in a hydrogen storage container.

SOLUTION: The hydrogen storage container 1 having plurality of separate chambers and a hydrogen gas lead-in line 3 is used. Hydrogen gas to be filled in the hydrogen gas lead-in line is led from a hydrogen gas lead-in opening 6, and the powder type hydrogen storage material precursor filled in each of the chambers provided overt the hydrogen gas lead-in line 3 is scattered inside the chambers by the hydrogen gas, and the powder type hydrogen storage material precursor 10 and the hydrogen gas are brought in contact with each other in gas to fill the hydrogen gas in the power type hydrogen storage material precursor 10.
