摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow only a user who has qualified authority of downloading a content file to access the content file and to inhibit a content user from free access to the content file.

SOLUTION: A content encryption device which generates an encryption file by encrypting various kinds of content files is provided with; a browsing file generation means for generating a content file for browsing to be browsed from a content file to be encrypted by using a browser; and a content encryption means which generates the encryption file for downloading by encrypting the above content file to be encrypted, while generating the encryption file for browsing by adding the file information of the content file to be encrypted to the contents file for browsing generated by this browsing file generation means.
