PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting edge polishing apparatus of a hole saw, grinding the cutting edge of a hole saw simply without requiring skill in a short time by anyone, and progressive-grinding with good finish. SOLUTION: This cutting edge grinding apparatus includes: a hole saw holding mechanism holding the shaft part at the rear end of the hole saw and operating the hole saw to rotate around the axis by handle operation; a stopper mechanism stopping the axial rotation of the hole saw where the tip of a stopper member to abut on the cutting edge of the hole saw by obtaining energizing force of a spring; a grinding machine mounted on the tip of the driving shaft of a motor and provided with a grinding plate shaped like a disk, the outer peripheral end of which is formed by a slant; a support means of the stopper mechanism for disposing the stopper mechanism at a position of a fixed height above the base, and adjusting at least the vertical height of vertical height and the inclined attitude; a support means of the grinding machine for disposing the grinding machine at a position of a fixed height above the base and adjusting the angular position in the direction of a vertical height and in the horizontal direction; and a support means of the hole saw supporting the part near the tip of the hole saw from below.
