PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus that is capable of reducing required marking time without degrading marking quality.
SOLUTION: For a long distance nonmarking transfer section, there is set an intermediate point of a reference distance interval where no ringing is substantially caused, auxiliary coordinate data corresponding to each intermediate point are formed. In addition, these auxiliary coordinate data are designed to be outputted with such an outputting timing that a marking point is transferred with a uniform speed on the long distance nonmarking transfer section. Consequently, while mechanical vibration (ringing) is suppressed in the nonmarking transfer section, the marking point can be transferred with a nearly uniform speed, thereby enabling the required marking time to be reduced as a whole.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
|
