摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material capable of exhibiting liquid crystal phase over a wide temperature range including at least normal temperature and revealing high charge mobility, and to provide an organic semiconductor structure and an organic semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material has a quarter thiophene skeletal structure represented by chemical formula 1. In the formula, R1 is an alkyl group of 1-20C or hydrogen, and R2 is an alkyl group of 1-20C or hydrogen. The inventive organic semiconductor structure comprises an organic semiconductor layer having a high order smectic liquid crystal phase in a temperature range of at least -40 to +90°C, and its organic semiconductor layer has charge mobility of 10<SP>-1</SP>cm<SP>2</SP>/V or above in at least normal temperature region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
