FOAMED POLYETHYLENE RESIN PACKAGING CONTAINER AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive packaging container and its production method for frozen storage and microwave heating.

SOLUTION: A laminated sheet comprising a foamed layer and at least one non-foamed layer is obtained by co-extruding and foam molding a polyethylene resin compound (A0) for the foamed layer having an expansion ratio of 1.1-6 times and a polyethylene resin compound (B0) for a non-foamed layer. The compound (A0) contains more than 0.1 mass section foam regulating agent relative to 100 mass section polyethylene resin (A) for the foamed layer having a density of 0.940-0.865 g/cm3and MFR (190°C) 0.1-10 g/10 min. The polyethylene resin compound (B0) for the non-foamed layer contains polyethylene resin (B) for the non-foamed layer having a density of 0.930-0.960 g/cm3and MFR (190°C) 1-20 g/10 min. and 1.5-10 times of the MFR of the resin (A). The container is formed by using the sheet.
