PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproducing device capable of starting scratch reproduction at a good timing on the basis of a mark by preliminarily arranging the mark as an index for a position where scratch reproduction is performed on the top face of an operation disk part like an analog record. SOLUTION: The optical disk reproducing device is provided with: a reading part for reading an audio data; a storage part; a reproducing part; a disk part; a driving part for rotatively driving the disk part; an operation disk part which is placed on the disk part and provided with the mark on the top face; a rotary angle detecting part for detecting the rotary angle of the operation disk part; a rotation detecting part for outputting a pulse signal by the rotation of the operation disk part; and a control part which controls the mark to form a predetermined rotary angle on the basis of the detected rotary angle before starting reproduction, reads the audio data at a reference reading rate and order when the operation disk part is rotated at the reference rotary speed and direction, and controls reading rate and order of the audio data stored in the storage part according to the pulse signal.
