PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a bleaching cosmetic excellent in bleaching effect and highly safe as well. SOLUTION: This bleaching cosmetic is prepared by together using an extract obtained from a plant of the genus Cymbidium of the family Orchidaceae and an extract obtained from Clematis chinensis Osbeck of the genus Clematis, so that the cosmetic is excellent in the bleaching effect.
