PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a steering hanger beam, and to effectively use an inside space of an instrument panel. SOLUTION: The instrument panel comprises: an instrument panel structure element 50 composed of a platy upper surface member 51 extending in a vehicular width direction and actually extended in a horizontal direction; and a front surface member 52 bent on a vehicular room inside of the upper surface member 51 and actually extending downward in a vertical direction. The instrument panel structure 50 consists of a magnesium alloy integrally molded by die cast molding, and is coupled and fixed to right and left front pillars. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
