PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding die which has an outlet hole for extruding a molten resin, can reduce gum produced in the outlet hole, and is easy of maintenance and a method for producing a resin molding of high quality. SOLUTION: The resin molding die has the outlet hole for extruding the molten resin comprising a large diameter part (10), a contraction part (20), and an outlet expansion part. The ratio (D3/D2) of the diameter (D3) of the outlet expansion part (30) to the diameter (D2) of the contraction part (20) is set to be 1.3-2.0, and the ratio (L3/D3) of the length (L3) of the outlet expansion part (30) to the diameter (D3) of the outlet expansion part (30) is set to be 1.7-5.0.
