PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device to fabricate rectangular products quickly. SOLUTION: The punching device is to punch off rectangular products 3 from a strip-shaped work 2 transported in the longitudinal direction, the rectangle being formed from longitudinal sides 4 along the transporting direction and transverse sides 5 perpendicularly intersecting the transporting direction, and the arrangement includes a corner forming device 11 to form a chamfer 7 at each corner 6 of the product 3, a longitudinal side forming device 12 to form the longitudinal sides 4, and a transverse side forming device 13 to form the transverse sides 5, wherein the corner forming device 11 has a rotor 17 rotatable around an axis perpendicularly intersecting the transporting direction of the strip-shaped work 2 and parallel with the transporting surface and a corner forming cutter 19 installed on the rotor 17.
