PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily and structurally unitarily setting a plate directly on an upper surface of a concrete structure such as a reinforced concrete column after leveling the plate. SOLUTION: According to the method, after assembling steel frames and reinforcements of the concrete structure and assembling concrete forms, plate support members are leveled and then mounted on inner side surfaces of the forms. Then concrete is poured in the form, and before hardening of the concrete, the plate having anchor members attached to a lower surface thereof is mounted on the support members, and driven onto the upper surface of the concrete, followed by disassembling and removing the forms after hardening of the concrete.
